It has been sooo long since I've blogged on here that I know I'm disqualified for the "prize" but when I was logging in at least once a week, I seemed to be doing better on my goal for the year so I've made a committment to myself...I've got to do 2 things...workout and stay connected with this great community of people that have come together for a common goal. Then...I've got to get my butt moving because I have only about 9 months before my big trip to see some old friends and CANNOT go looking like I do today...and feeling like I do today. Now...like Jilian said last night...sleeping is very important to weight loss so I'm off to bed! Have a great night!
